Located at 5726 E 7 th Street in Long Beach, Organic Fork is the flagship restaurant for what Chef Flor Franco believes will grow into a progressive food movement; a completely wholefoods, organic, sustainable fast food chain, serving delicious nutritious food at price points every budget can access.
Every ingredient on the menu, from the grass-fed steak and organic free-range chicken, to the local organic brown rice and beans has been carefully selected for quality, flavor and for it’s attributes as a part of a healthy healthful food system.
